  • Clients must be at least 12 years old to receive services with parental or legal guardian consent.

  • Clients 12 and older may independently consent to mental health services in accordance with Colorado law.

  • Anyone 12 or younger must have parental or legal guardian consent for all services.

  • By using our services, you confirm that you are providing accurate and truthful information.

3. Health Disclaimer

NeuroWellness Center provides wellness-focused services that support mental health and performance. However:

  • Our services do not replace medical or psychiatric treatment.

  • We provide diagnoses for clients using insurance, as it is a required component for coverage.

  • Results vary by individual and are not guaranteed.

By using our services, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own health and well-being.

4. Insurance & Payment Responsibility

NeuroWellness Center may accept some insurance plans, however:

  • It is the client’s responsibility to verify coverage with their insurance provider before scheduling services.

  • We do not guarantee that any service will be covered, even if we are in-network with your provider.

  • Clients are responsible for all fees not covered by insurance, including deductibles, co-pays, and services that are self-pay.

If insurance denies a claim, you are responsible for the full cost of the service provided.

5. Booking & Cancellation Policy

To ensure a smooth experience:

  • Appointments must be scheduled in advance through phone or by provider.

  • Cancellations require 24 hour notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee.

  • We reserve the right to refuse services if policies are not followed.

6. Payment & Refund Policy

  • Payment is required at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.

  • No refunds will be issued for completed sessions.

  • If a session is canceled with proper notice, it may be rescheduled or credited per our policy.

7. Privacy & Confidentiality

We take privacy seriously! We follow HIPAA-compliant practices to protect your personal information. However, using our website does not create a client-provider relationship.

8. Service-Specific Disclaimers

8.1 Neurofeedback Disclaimer

Neurofeedback is a non-invasive brain training tool aimed at improving self-regulation. It is not a treatment for any specific disorder and should not replace professional medical or psychological treatment.

8.2 Photobiomodulation (Light Therapy) Disclaimer

Photobiomodulation (PBM) is designed to support wellness by using low-level light therapy. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Individuals with photosensitivity, epilepsy, or light-induced migraines should consult with a medical professional before use.

8.3 Infrared Sauna Disclaimer

Infrared sauna therapy promotes relaxation and detoxification. However, individuals who are pregnant, have cardiovascular conditions, or have a history of heat sensitivity should consult a physician before use. Users are responsible for monitoring their own heat tolerance.

8.4 Heart Rate Variability (HRV) Training Disclaimer

HRV training is a tool for stress management and performance optimization. It does not diagnose or treat any medical condition. Clients experiencing irregular heart rhythms or other cardiac concerns should consult with a healthcare provider before using HRV biofeedback.
